Cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, and sodium nitrite.

Our bacon is gluten free.


Cooking Instructions

Appliances vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.

Pan Fried:
1. Start bacon in cold skillet.
2. Cook, over 340º Fahrenheit heat, for 3 minutes per side.
3. Remove bacon when desired crispness is reached.
4. Dry on paper towels.

1. Place sliced bacon between paper towels in baking dish.
2. Cook approximately 1 minute per slice.
