Mrs. Joanie Holmboe has over 26 years experience as a pre-school teacher. She is certified in grades K-12 and received her BS degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma. She has 3 grown children Kingsley, Jens & Towns all graduates of Christ The King & Bishop McGuinness. She and her husband Blair have been active members of Christ The King Parish for over 40 years. She has served on Parish Council, School Advisory Committee and President of PTO. She originally taught Jr High & High School in Texas & Oklahoma, but thoroughly enjoys watching the wonder and amazement in the eyes of children as they grow and learn. She has a happy, enthusiastic, outgoing personality and never shies away from an opportunity to supply unusual or diverse fun in the classroom. Stories, Fingerplays, Silly Songs & Turkey Strutting are her specialties.
